New Client Policies
Our policy on new client appointments has evolved as the demand for appointments has rapidly increased. With this increased demand there is also a trend of no-call, no-show on our new client appointments. This has led us to implementing a deposit on any new client appointments. This deposit will be applied to your appointment, and covers the amount of the exam or consult.
Please understand that this simply allows us to ensure the appointment time for both our new clients and accurate availability for our existing clients as well.
If there is a need for cancellation you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to have the deposit refunded, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
