Vaccinating Your Dog Is Important

Vaccinations help to keep your pet and your family safe from disease. Strains of some of the diseases we vaccinate for can infect dogs, cats, and humans as well. For example, leptospirosis can be silently infecting your dog, showing no symptoms of the disease, but can be contagious to you and your family.

Our recommended vaccination and testing schedule includes:

Puppy Schedule

6 – 8 weeks

• DHPPC (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus, and coronavirus fecal flotation)
• Deworm

9 – 11 weeks

• DHL4PPC (DHPPC + leptospirosis 4 way)
• Bordetella #1 (kennel cough)
• Deworm

12 – 14 2 weeks

• DHL4PP
• Bordetella #2
• Rabies
• Deworm

Adult Canine Yearly Schedule

• DHL4PP

• Fecal flotation
• Heartworm, Lyme disease, ehrlichiosis, and anaplasmosis combo test
